Let’s get one thing straight: you don’t have to smile all the time. 😓You don’t have to act like you’ve got

 everything together. And you definitely don’t have to pretend you’re fine when you're not. Life is tough

 sometimes, and pretending it’s not only makes things harder.




Maybe you’ve had days where getting out of bed feels like a chore, or where everything just feels meh. That

 doesn’t make you lazy, broken, or dramatic, it makes you human. We all hit rough patches, and bottling it

 up doesn’t help anyone. In fact, talking about how you really feel is one of the strongest things you can do.

Mental health isn't about always being happy. It's about checking in with yourself, taking breaks when you

 need them, and asking for support when things feel heavy.❤ You’re not “too much.” You’re not

 “overreacting.” You’re just feeling, and that’s something to be proud of.

So next time someone asks how you’re doing, and the real answer is “not great,” it’s okay to say that. You

 deserve to be heard, supported, and loved, just as you are, even on the hard days.❤❤
