If You’re Struggling Right Now, Read This
Dear You,
Some days feel impossible. Just getting out of bed feels like a battle. People say, “Just talk to someone,” but how do you explain the kind of sadness that doesn’t have a clear reason? That quiet ache in your chest, the constant tiredness, the numbness?
You are going through something hard, and it doesn’t make you any less worthy of love, peace, or hope. The fact that you’re still here, still breathing, still trying even when you don’t feel like it... that makes you incredibly strong.
You don’t need to have it all figured out right now. Healing is not linear. Some days you’ll feel okay. Some days you won’t. Both are normal. Please don’t beat yourself up for how you feel. Your emotions are valid, even if other people don’t understand them.
Take small steps. Drink some water. Get sunlight on your face. Put on music that doesn’t make you feel worse. Text someone, even just a “hey.” Eat something, even if it’s just toast. Cry if you need to. Or don’t. Just exist. That’s enough for now.❤
And please, if you ever feel like the pain is louder than your will to keep going, tell someone. A friend. A parent. A counselor. A hotline. Anyone. You do not have to carry this alone.
This isn’t where your story ends. It’s just a rough chapter. Better ones are coming, even if you can’t see them yet.
